Hey Guys,

Please help me out. We were re-designing a web page. When we tried to edit the contact us page its popping out an unwanted message. Actually there is no change except the design from the previous version (http://newgenresoft.com/contact.htm) both are working in the right way. But this popup is really confusing us. Why its not happening in the previous page? Nothing has been changed. We took the entire code (copy paste) to the new layout. Please help me avoid this popup(here is the new design with popup problem - http://newgenresoft.com/contact-us.htm)

Its something to do with namer2.js

Evidently it trying to load an image caption but failing.

hey expert, (let me call so, its surprising that you could find the issue so quickly.) I was expecting some errors with js files.. But these files are not associated with the contact form.. its for the top buttons.. How can I resolve this without harming the buttons.. thanks..

I doubt its the form itself thats doing anything wrong.

Its something to do with that JS function.

Maybe check on your old page for img.caption or a field named img.
name the same thing on your new page . Or maybe just for ****s and giggles, remove the link to the namer2.js file on that page and see how it runs?

Hello lynxus thank you very much for taking the time to solve it.. Actually the namer2 is not there in the old design. This is just with this new design. So I don't know how to avoid this issue. any way I'm trying to remove namer2 link from the new contact us page.

It's working now.. I removed the namer2.. But now only I realized that the color change on the buttons were not working from the beginning. But as its not a big issue am leaving it..

I would assume you needed to add an ID to the images that namer would refer to .

But if it works now then yay
