I've found an easy way to fix this problem.

Just add this attribute inside your <embed> tag.

Code:

wmode="opaque"

Problem solved!

If you are using the "insert media" tool in WordPress
just click on the media icon, look for advanced settings
and you will see a drop down menu with wmode options.

Yes, it was a case at my side as well.

I've found the problem still exists on the iPhone though . hmm?

Apple have specific relationship to flash.
In any way my Safari browser show it properly. Don't know why it is not in iPhone.

I think it's well know by now that iPhone doesn't support Flash.

But what I am talking about here is the YouTube thumbnail image.
In every other browser, the Lightbox gray background covers the YouTube
thumbnail. But in iPhone the YouTube thumbnail floats above the gray Lightbox background.
