I am trying to create a button that will add two (a "Question" and an "Answer") textareas to a form when the user wants to. The form has its own page for admins to add Interviews to an interview site. The amount of questions vary for each interview, so the button would be used to add those ?'s and their answers to a form before the user submits the info (i.e. interviewee, interviewer, date, question, answer).
