I started to learn AJAX,
and decided to use it in my site.

Because I own a game site,
I added refresh button for random games,
so when you click it the random games are refreshed.

I think you can provide some animations or the screen blur till the moment the refresh is not completed. It will make it more easily to identify. I think its better to make user aware that the page is refreshing and what has been updated. Because AJAX causes the updates on the fly, without any page refresh, it becomes very difficult to guess what has changed.
