Use javascript, beyond that you need to try to create it and when you get stuck at a specific spot ask a question.

Let me actually clarify this. A lot of people ask "How can I build this?" and it's like asking "How long is a piece of string?". The person asking the question has missed a few things. Firstly this site is not meant to help you when you get stuck with something, you ask a question with well defined parameters and in a focused area that you are working on. Secondly, everyone who asks this question never gets the answer they want, they seem to be looking for step by step instructions or for someone else to build it for them.

So if you want help with this, start building it and when you get stuck, ask a question on something specific that you are having issues with and we will help.

Actually stbuchok is correct.

Forums do not exist to teach you how to code specific scripts, the general principle is that asking the right questions can help you when you are at an impasse.
Now if you don't have the skills to code something like that from scratch you hire somebody to write it for you.
AND if this is a project you are doing for a client, why did you take the job in the first place??
