I needed this bit of code from the open source project mambo so i seperated it from the rest of the code and packaged it for anyone else that needs to download it.

What it is: tabbed style browsing, very nice if your building a admin panel and have lots of data to put on one page and need a way to condense it or even use it on your main page as a better way to display data.
