ok so i got this star wars online sim game. and i have a galaxy map. now i am also in a game called future online. they have a map. and on their map, they have a img map system, where where u click on region, or a planet, and get info on it. so i made one, turned 3 planets into clickable regions. now on the future online map, when you hover over a planet, it gives you info on it. It shows the name of the sector or system or planet, with information on it. I want something similar. but instead to show the planet name. Here is the map I made.

now, the planets i made clickable are the following:

Coruscant (where the yellow and pink routes meet), Corellia (where the blue and yellow routes meet), and Byss, the purple/pink/red planet in the deep core.

on that future online site, it shows in the source code that the onmouseover tag inside the img map stuff it says for one of the listings.

Brent I think you can pretty much what the future-online site did. Include that javascript file on your page and then add the onmouseover="return overlib('your text here')" on your links. It looks like the script takes care of everything else.

If the style of the text box that shows up on the rollover isn't important to you then you could do away with the javascript alltogether and just add title="your text here" to the 3 links for the clickable planets.
