im new to javascript, once used frames(so i could update nav easier) but upon finding a template i cannot use frames (i dont think i can), but i found a nav javascript, but it is all white and looks really bad, what i need is someone to make the external .js look like it is in the same style as the right side nav (i will use another .js for the right side(once i can get the correct style), the .js and the page im trying to intergrate are both in the .zip,

i would just update every page individually but that would be work

also if anyone can figure out why the photo gallery brings up most pics really big in IE, if is fine in FF, that would be verry helpfull thanks again

Well all i can see is that your navigation is in HTML, (A HREF etc). Maybe you can try to use tables unstead of frames or take off the scrolling=true on your frames. The you can add background to your different frames (pictures or color)

i want to get away from frames, it is ulually to n00bish for a site( many sites are started in frames)
