Can anybody show me how i can change this script so that it scrolls from left to right instead of up and down please?

I have tried, and can not figure it out. I am sure you can't have it scroll left without having scrolled right first, anyway. Do you really need the text to scroll horizontaly? You can have it scroll right easily if you are willing to sacrifice the need for the text.

does it need to use the iframe?

the interval in that code is always running, even when the mouse is not over the link. not good.
