I am making a humor site, and have found it very annoying that i have to make a page for every single video. As the site grows i wont be able to keep up with it anymore. A webmaster that i talked to from Nothingtoxic.com told me that he has a script that automatically generates a defualt page when someone clicks on a video, there for he doesnt need to make a .htm file for each video.

Any help on how i can do this or what it is called would be greatly appreciated.

The scripts he is referring to is something like php or asp. These are scripts that are parsed on the server which returns html to the user so that each page is dynamically generated.

With this method, you can harness the power of SSI (Server Side Includes) to help generate the pages.

do some research into database backed webpages and dynamic web pages. You are currently creating static webpages. Static webpages are great... until you have to keep making a ton of them! As I said check out dynamic webpage creation or creating webpages backed with a database.
