In all the research I've done re: javascript dropdown menus over flash, I still can't figure out why the menu hesitates in IE... you have to click the menu item twice before it activates/clicks-through. This doesn't happen in Nav, FF or Opera. Any advice?

Since I am lazy enough, I personally use flashmenufactory. I believe is the most easy way to create webmenus.

Actually IE is having many problems like these but dropdownlist loding problem will be solved if you install ie 7.
