My JavaScript is naff and AJAX I have just started to learn and would like to know if this is at possible. I want to create a tab menu which is clickable as well as you point the mouse to it displays the latest forum post...?

If I have lost anybody then please let me know, I am not the worlds greatest people to explain things like this.

OK...? Here is an example.

[Forum button] when you click on this window it opens to the forum...

{When you put your mouse over the forum button it displays the latest forum posts in the below table} It is basically a mouse over button but with a help from AJAX or JavaScript to display the contents of the latest forum posts in another table before you actually click on the button.

[Forum topics displayed in this window]
[Latest forum posts are posted here]

Is this possible.
Unfortunately I do not have any examples to give you a broader picture.
