IE7 and my horizontal drop menu

If you view this site in IE7, all of the drop menus are open. I don't know why that happens. It's fine in other browsers, and the person who designed the site did not write the code. I'm sure it was borrowed. The code is below . . .

Any thoughts on how to fix this without replacing the menu would be greatly appreciated.

It's not handled by Javascript, it's CSS however since I don't have IE7 I can't actually say why it's not working as intended other than it's possible that an IE only fix breaks IE7.
