The same way you create them, except you pass the 'expires' parameter a past date.

NO - Cookies are only allowed to the domain that set them. It would be a security risk/issue if one site could access cookies created from another site.

Why do you want to do that?

For Deleting the cookies with Javascript you have to Set Expire date of the cookie a hour ago.
