Could please some JavaScript Guru show me how to make a title tag appear with JavaScript? I need the title window to appear instantly on Mouseover in a given rectangle area. I’ve tried some Internet sources but I couldn’t make it work. Please help me.

More or less. This code is too simple though. I need the window to follow the pointer all over the desired rectangle area. It is exactly the same effect used in this forum when you point at some thread, only it should display the title and link.
I have already found a much better looking effect, but it applies to all links in the page. If you could at least tell me how to use it for specific areas only, or how to turn it off for links that don’t need it, I’ll set up a “FOOOD fan site” for you.
