Those are standard javascript, added by macromedia products, I believe.

They are intended to preload the image that can be used in onmouseover/onmouseout links, do this onmouseover/onmouseout effect and force a page reload when it is resized, due to a bug in the refresh of those pages in netscape 4, if I remember well.

I'd say, nothing to worry about.
