It looks like they are using oneStopCMS (http://www.cubik.co.uk/ProductsandServices/OneStopCMS/)

Maybe it's a feature built-in.
Or maybe it was developed for them.
You know, many peoples develop their own scripts and tools.
I never used nor buyed an script not done by me. I always found too many problems into integrating them in my applications than bebfits

You already have.
All you need is to extract it from the page, with the images and all the styles and dependencies.

Good luck.

It's highly unlikely you'll be able to get someone to help you extract the menu from that page AND intergrate it into your own site. I, for myself, wouldn't do it because of the moral implications and the fact that you probably wouldn't learn much from it.

However, i will show where you can find some similar menu styles that are much easier to obtain and integrate into your own. And, even better, for free and without any possible licencing troubles.

Check out these site to see if you find anything you like.
http://www.cssplay.co.uk/menus/
http://cross-browser.com/ demo's -> menu's

good luck!
