Here is the deal, we need scroling text capabilities. here is the 411:
We want a big screen tv (connected to a computer) to display scrolling text in certain parts of the screen. Other parts will have static text. So, the best way of doing this (i think)is to have a webpage with several sections, one of those sections containing scrolling text (which we will use to show a list of times and classrooms with the names of the classes offered in each specific classroom.)
I read that i can use the marquee html tag to do that. we do use ie 6.0 so that is a possiblity. however, i am looking into perhaps a javascript that will allow us to easily enter the text we want to scroll, alter the font size and perhaps the background of the area where the script will run. do you know where i can find a good and FREE  script to do that?
