Those of you that have a CPA, how much work do you have to do to get them the information. Do you have some sort of code system for your various products and accounts?

What's the best way to track multiple sources of income?

Your CPA, bookkeeper or accountant will provide you with a Chart of Accounts.

MS Money or Quicken does the same thing.

There are plenty of Accounting 101 books at your local public or school library.

I use Quicken(Mac) for my personal & business accounts. I just give all my incomes and expenses "tags" for work related categories and then make them into a chart at the end of the year. I minus all my business expenses from my profit, and then get taxed on what was left. It's a much better way then most Americans get taxed before the ever see there paycheck.
