As far as AdSense is concerned, you're not limited to displaying ads on just the domain you applied with. Once you're accepted, you can display AdSense on multiple domains. If you need more info, read the official FAQ at the AdSense site.

i have a question about adsense too, what if you accidentaly click on an ad, or someone from your ip(brother,mother,etc.)?? would your accound be dropped?

While this isn't deffinate 100% of the time, this is indeed grounds for a ban.

Not necessarily. Everytime I accidentally click on an ad, I email adsense-support@google.com and let them know. They'll usually reply with an email thanking me for informing them. Another thing I emailed them about was my concern for family members clicking on ads and they assured me that they have technology in place to reduce accidental/family clicks.
