For those who don't know me, I'm an attorney from California and have seen just about every major Internet-related legal issue, and I represent numerous Internet marketers.

Generally, you'll see me in the Warrior Forum, but let me note at the outset for any posts in this forum that nothing I ever say, ever, in any forum, constitutes legal advice. There are ALWAYS unknown facts and variables in any situation, and clients pay me for specific advice.

And who knows, this may not even be me - someone could be using my id !
