I recently wrote an article on my blog about Starting an LLC and I was wondering if anyone could check it, and give me feedback on it, either as a comment on the blog or here on the forums.

I need feedback from both angles, from people who know already, and from people who don't.

- You bought books? Well which ones were good? You haven't provided nearly enough info, so point your readers to some good books on the subject (books by Nolo for instance; really good stuff).
- Provide a bit more info on what the Articles of Organization are and what an Operating Agreement is.
- Are there any yearly fees to keep a LLC licensed/registered in your state? If so, how much?

Cosmetic:
- Underlining non-links is generally a bad idea; your site isn't a handwritten paper, so use italics as you should.

I'll definitely integrate most, if not all of the stuff you mentioned in your post when I get home and find the books I used.
