You need to file your own income taxes. Google doesn't do it for you.

That is a good question. A 13 year old(in the UK) shouldn't be working and therefore in the eyes of the law wouldn't have any income. If he/she can't work and therefore cannot earn income then he /she cannot be taxed. However, (and I can't remember exactly how this panned out) there was a case a few years back where the revenue attempted to get a prostitute to pay taxes (which again is illegal and therefore by definition she couldn't actually earn anything) and I believe won the case.

Your local tax office is the one to ask(the website is of no use at all-just tried)

In Australia the tax threshold is $6,000 for a junior, but we pay GST all the time which is another tax.

This is why you always try to put the money in your mum and dad's name as an extra 6-8,000 isn't going to be much different in taxes unless they are closer to a higher earnings bracket.

But if you are making like lets say $100,000 then you might as well register a company and just do business through that and pay your own taxes

Not quite - there are a few other sources of income over than work. For example, the interest on a bank account or windfalls from stocks and shares anyone has will be taxed provided they are earning over the personal allowance threshold.
