You need to be over 18 to run a poker forum right? I found an awsome name and would like to take it but if I can't develope it, it would not be worth the time.

I think you should register the domain if it's awesome, and if you are planning in developing it personally I wouldn't worry if the 18 age thing is a problem.

Not the advice I was hoping for becuase if it becomes popular I don't want to get shut down or sued. Any legal advise?

What you are trying to do is illegal, so find a partner who can run the forum and split the money.

Gambling related? That is why I was asking, I need to know this.

It is not illegal to talk about gambling.

It is if I am under 18 which I am.

I HIGHLY doubt it is ILLEGAL. It's illegal to run a site that people actually gamble on, but I have never heard of this other law you speak of..
