Hey,

If you earn over £50k per year, do you get taxed 40%? :thumbdown:

Yeah - anything over the higher rate threshold of £33,300 will be taxed at 40%.

Wow 40 precent is a lot. If you use adsense do they automatically take out the appropriate taxes or must I do something about the taxes myself?

johniman7 -- I am pretty sure under 'my account' and then into Tax Information might be the correct setup, although i've never used it.. because i'm assuming thoes taxes will go the the US govern. ? Not too sure.. But i do the taxes myself (since i'm from the UK)

I believe adsense earnings are declared on your self assesment form (UK) along with any other income.
