If you write off a car, expect to get audited by the IRS.
In order to write off a car, you better be **** sure that you can prove that you're not using it for personal use. Same goes with home business stuff. I looked into writing off a comptuer and other home office stuff, and, well, sure, you CAN do it, but the stuff has to be separated off in a distinct area.
in other words, they make it really strict, so if you're doing it, you're clearly legitimate.
this is in no way is legal advice of any kind. before you do anything like this, talk to your accountant and/or lawyer, as necessary.
