Is it worth making an LLC?

Ive never really made much money online, and have never looked into the ins and outs of registering as an LLC. I was banned from adsense a while ago. I am currently making $30-$60s a day through affiliate programs, how long this will last is another matter. I am wondering if it is worth registering as an LLC just to be able to get an adsense account. Also is it even possible to sign up to adsense through an LLC? Please excuse my lack of research, I'll do some googling while waiting for replies. Thanks in advance

I don´t know how´s in England but I think it´s always best not to have a firm unless you really need to. You have so many costs just running the firm so it really must be worth it.

Its best to create some form of business entity for business. It protects you from litigation as well as has great tax benefits.

Uhm, no. All you have to pay is the setup fee and taxes on your income, that's it. In Germany we don't even have to pay taxes on the company's profits until they exceed EUR 15.000 per year.

Who would be the best person to ask about this face to face, if possible without charge. If it was that kind of thing in the UK that would be more than worth doing if it could possibly lead to an adsense account

Read my first six words and then comment, ok?

I´m just saying from my experience - I´d be better off with no business as I have to pay taxes on profits and some other fees, which aren´t much (mostly because I´m a student, if I weren´t they´d be disasterous) but are there and you have to pay it each month.

And yes, our country´s politics are shi**y

Help me with affiliate marketing and I'll help you with the company. I myself have registered a LLC just recently, although in Germany, but much of it also applies to the UK since the LLC itself is registered in London. Just send me a PM if you are interested.

Don't forget that you have to pay for your health insurance, which is like 320$ monthly.

You have to pay that anyway, so I saw no reason to list that separately.

If you are NOT self employed, you have to pay way less. If you earn just 15k/year, you pay nearly 4k for health insurance, because they assume a fix amount of 2000€ revenue /month. So it's not risk free.

I regged a LLC here in USA (in Virginia). Worth it? Yes, because its only like $100/year.

Yes, you can sign up a Adsense under a LLC, but they might found out (they found out with me).

Anyways, I actually have a guide on setting up an LLC, its really easy (just like 1-2 sheets of paper). Here's the link:

Seriously who would start up an LLC when you are making pittens. Wait until you hit some sort of milestone earnings and then set up one.

Thats irrelevant.
Say you get sued from something you do online through your websites. Anything you own is liable.

On the other hand, say you get sued and you own a LLC, which stands for LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY. The only things that are liable is what your company owns, so if its only making "pittens" thats the only thing that you can get sued for

Hmmmm, you make an interesting point Andy. But what is the point of making an LLC if you are not as committed to web publishing as the next guy? Are you saying just do it to be safe?

Hmmm, it sounded to good to be true. I pay 10$ for health insurance because I´m a student, otherwise I´d pay somethin like 300$ too. Slevin, you would really need to tell this.
