Liability & Legality

Just wondering, I have a new site which is going to be going up in the next few weeks. It is a website selling adult or xxx rated DVDs. Not a drop ship website. All DVDs will be stocked in house ready for shipping. I was wondering can I have any legal issues for selling legit adult rated DVDs on the net? They are legit DVDs I have a great source to get em cheap and figured this would be a good way to produce an income. It is just that I am not 100% sure if I can and/or might run into any legal issues...
