Mods, please move if in wrong section:
I have a situation where I really need some advice and quick. I am in a partnership where I provide most of the capital requirements, I bring in the sales, I do most of the hiring, and lay most of the projects out.
Well my business partner has been working on developing our in-hour projects and I put $1000 investment into the project at the start and he's put a ton of time into it. Now he's threatening me to just walk off with everything, he has access to the server and lives in the same city as me. I could of seen this for a long time, because he was late for the last 6 projects to be delivered to clients and we would always argue about it. Now that the in-house project is getting closer to completion he's saying he's going to take off with it and everything else he's ever developed? Is he legally allowed to do this?
