Hi ... am in need of somebody willing to (1) locate and (2) submit url(s) to free and non-reciprocal English-language directories, forums and other links NOT based in the USA or Canada.
Preference, at the moment, is Asia.
Submission report required, on completion; it'll be verified.
Service must be fast and efficient.
Page Rank (PR) is obviously a consideration, but not all-important. Alexa Ranking is of no importance, at all.
First project will be a small one, to test the waters.
