Marketing Services Wanted

I recently created a user-driven dating website, www.ematchfinder.com (sorry if I can't put links ... admins, take it out if necessary). I'm looking for a partner to handle all promotion / marketing of the site. This would include getting valid back links, posting on forums, promoting on other dating sites, stuff like that. It would really help to have established sites of your own. Must know about basic internet marketing concepts such as SEO and backlinks. I opened the site less than a month ago and am getting a steady stream of new users daily ... it has potential, I just don't have the time to do everything myself. The pay is 15% of the site's profits. There's only one position open, so act fast! =)
