Hmm. That's a tough call. It's decent money, but not very good working conditions. I think I would have turned that one down too. The IP thing is the kicker.
We went to Cancun and to my utter shock, we bought a vacation package. We've been to so many of those presentations before and I thought we were immune, but this one actually seemed to make sense for us and because it was only $2K for 5 years, it seemed worth the risk.

Actually got a really good offer ($145K) but, had to turn it down.
Along with the NDA they want me to sign a form saying they own the IP on everything I do, even if it's on my own time, on my own equipment and unrelated to the business. Just looks like a recipe for a legal disaster (I'd rather avoid it completely).
Hope you have a good time down in Mexico. Which part are you going to?

Client work is starting to ramp up. I'm anxious to transition to a product-based business, however. It scales better. We're actually about to leave for Mexico in a few days ourselves.
Any bites on the interviews?
-
been to Mexico once a month since December, then back to the east coast for a few job interviews.
How have things been?

I've been fairly busy lately too. I pretty much took the month of December off from the forum. Work had to come first. Where did you get to travel?

thanks for the welcome :-)
I've been working and travelling so much lately, it's been hard to keep up with the forum
