Use SSIS. From SQL Server Mgt Studio, right click the database in the object explorer, and either use copy database or export data.

SQL Server Mgt Studio? i dont think i've installed it too..

i just only have :

Microsoft SQL Server 2005 > Configuration Tools >
1. SQL Server Configuration Manager
2. SQL Server Error and Usage Reporting
3. SQL Server Surface Area Configuration

but when i entered SQL Server Configuration Manager ... i just only have this view:

SQL Server Configuration Manager (Local)
- SQL Server 2005 Services
+ SQL Server 2005 Network Configuration
+ SQL Native Client Configuration

is something missing?

thanks for the input

You're missing SSMS, the IDE and management tool for SQL Server. You can download it here.

Taking a step back - how did you make the database in the first place? You must have issued a CREATE DATABASE query along with several CREATE TABLE and INSERTs. You could always run those against your production server.
