one of my page contain questionnaires form and successfully recorded into database. but i have to do calculation for calculate the value of the questionnaires. before i going deeply with that, are any other methods that more suitable for questionnaires?

No, storing the questionnaire information in the database and calculating the values from that will be fine. Make sure you get the formula right for however it needs to be calculated.
