I'm new to VB.net. Currently i was asked to develop a simulation. The simulation is about the study for end to end delay of congestion control.

Is there anyone who can help me in this simulation?
I'm not really good in simulation and I need someone to go through my coding and teach me how to fix it.
I also having problem on converting my concept into my simulation.

Simulator for congestion control in what area? Wireless Communication? Can you give me more information on it? It's hard to help you since I really don't know what you're looking for.
