After a user refreshes a page ( by pressing F5) the page will reload including any postback/submit action taken.

Is there a way to make it so that whatever event that was taken previously, like clicking a submit button, would not be triggered when the user refreshes the page by pressing F5?

Does this make sense to anyone?

Please help!

Thanks!
