Hi, my name is Conrad, and I'm a webdesigner.
Or at least, those are my ambitions. 
I'm self taught in html, css, java, photoshop, and I'm working on flash too.
My best friend, a computer dork with comparable skills to mine, and I are looking to start our own website, but we don't quite know where to begin.
This forum seems perfect to talk to other people who have the same ideas as we do. And that is just awesome!
Hopefully this isnt too long or boring or anything!

Where to start can be a pretty big question ... but it turns out to be pretty easy. Stick around, put your feet up, look here and there, and then ask questions about the stuff you need to figure out. I think you'll find we're a friendly bunch.
