Hello Tommy. It's according to what you want to learn. If it's how to build a web page, I would start with the HTML and CSS forums. Check out the sticky threads at the top of them. Other than that, just check out the forums you are interested in.

All of us are noobs at one point or another, and all of us are about one thing or another. But if you start with w3schools.com and feel free to check out the coding forums for questions you might have it's a good start.
