Hello there, I'm working on the Internet since quite a lot time... I hope I can gain and share knowledge about the so-called web 2.0 and CSS, and other trends.
Websmasters shouldn't be working alone since there are many strange things in the Net these days.
By the way, My partner bought a plan in HG plan last year using one of those
rebate sites in November 2007 ( 16hosts.com , does anybody knows it?) , they told us wait 30-45 days... still waiting for -at least- a 'so sorry' e-mail or something like that. I have all the invoices and e-mails... I think I will have to contact the hosting provider, or my atty. What's your suggestion...
Hmm

Is there a forum for all those kind of useful information exchange here...?
On the other hand there are a lot of good folks out there willing to help, and helping each other to avoid scam sites and things like that.
Anyway, back on topic:
I'm particularly interested in web security and -always morphing- international Internet Law (yes, I know, it's complicated).

Tools of the trade: We use 3DS Max, VRay, CSS, HTML, Photoshop, Poser, Visual C++, PHP5, several OOP languages (and one Aspect Oriented language). I don't really like .net framework, I prefer Java.
And I do collect old computers, like a Commodore 16 (16kb !).
And yes, I love smilies.
My apologies if my English feel 'rusty'.
This forum looks promising.
Looking forward to hear from you,
Weblaw
