Howdy!
My name is Michael, and I own a couple of websites. I'm kind of new to the webmaster game, but I have had some college coursework and computer time as a child to beef it up. I started building my own computers when I was four, working with commodore's. Then I went to IBM ps1's. I started writing DOS in 2nd grade. I went to Purdue University in 3rd grade and studied spanish and physics.  I never did really well in later when I went to college as an adult for programming (C++,ADA,HTML,XML,JAVA). I was more interested in the FUN college has to offer. Booze, women, fast cars & fast times. I graduated and now find myself spiraling through cyberspace chasing that infamous dream of creating something acknowledgeable.
The websites I own; Two that are decent, one that is pretty much an affiliate site with some fun niche games. One of them is the largest consultancy of its type in the world, thanks to the other website I created that allows users to browse over 2,000 backlinks by description and traffic information from alexa, compete, and techno. I didn't release this tool until January of 2008; by that time my consultancy was so huge it didn't really matter if I let my secret weapon out of the bag.
I'm looking forward to communicating with the forum about my questions, asking opinions of the members, and finding useful information that I can use myself. I really like the topics that have been setup here, and I find the content very enticing.
If I see it fit where I can donate knowledge I will. I feel it's only fair, and the knowledge exchange should be equal as opposed to lopsided by just feeding off information here.
