I'm a PIPS member like many of you. It's a well-conceived program and I've been receiving a lot from it although I find it hard sometimes to keep up with everything I need to do everyday.

I home-school one of my children and spend time helping sellers by buying Real Estate from motivated sellers with Short Sales and Lease Options. I also do Forebearances for homeowners in distress. Sometimes, I run out of hours in the day to do everything I need to do.

My wife and I also sell our handcrafted jewelry at craft shows across Florida.

I'm here on this forum to listen and learn and contribute when I can. I'm open to Joint Ventures of many sorts and would be happy to swap links with websites that may relate to one of mine:

New to any kind of forum. Never knew such things existed and sorry I didn't know before. Would have saved me a lot of time researching and trying things out, failing, revamping, and trying again.

Have had a successful business website running for several years. Successful in that it generates all the sales I can handle (since I also make some of the products) and gives a tidy income. I sell fabric, trim and embroidery there. I have also had a doll sales website that generated 0 sales in a year, so have seen both sides of the coin. Now have added an affiliate website and am learning a whole knew set of tools which can be applied to both sites.

Of course, my real job is teaching. The internet is my night job.

I am too embarrassed to mention about my
PAS experience but then IM is still new to
me and I'm hoping to improve. I am only buying
one adpak per month b/c that's all I can afford
right now. I have had PAS for almost 3 months
and still am not qualified. :taz:
