We'll I'd like to get started, but I guess i don't really know where to start. I was thinking about making a blog site using WordPress and going from there, but I could use some opinions.

Anyone care to help me get started?

I'm a physician and have been stuck in "learning mode" for about 2 years. Have partially retired now and started "taking action" a few months ago. Have several web sites up and exploring the best ways to drive traffic.

This forum looks like a great place to learn--but also, hopefully, a place to learn to take action.

Thanks for the welcomes everyone! I've already created my blogsite with WordPress, but I seem to be having some problems. I made an account for Google Adsense, and a friend of mine pointed me to namedrive.com but im not quite sure how to set all of it up on my site. I found a plugin for WordPress that's made for Adsense, but I have to wait for them to confirm my account.

Any suggestions? Anyone know any other plugins that could be useful?
