Hello everyone!
I've been watching this site for some time now and finally decided to register. Unlike most of the folks here (I think), I don't have any desire to become a full-time web publisher. Rather, I'm interested in cash flow.
Right now, all of my money is invested in real estate. I'm earning superb returns, but it might be a year or more between paychecks. I'll probably end up buying an apartment building or two to help with cash flow, but I'd also like to try out web sites.
For example, I could probably make $10,000 per month if I invested 300-400K in an apartment building. From what I've seen so far, I could accomplish that same cash flow with a 100-120K investment in web sites.
I won't start off investing that much, but I'd like to start dabbling now. Multiple streams of income are always good, no matter how small.
In any case, are my expectations of the profit available realistic? Certainly seems like it with all of the $50,000 per month folks running around here :-)
