I have 10 ready made websites with products and full master resell rights however as I am new to this and my HTML Editor skills are zero and need to change some details with my name and price the items etc is there any service that is available that can do this for me?

If you have the extra money you can hire a designer/coder to make full layouts for you. But, if your only looking for minor changes I'm sure just about anyone can do it for you with a relativly cheap price.
