New Member Introductions

Hi everyone, I'm Small Potato (wordpress theme designer). I've been following this forum off and on since its contest, but haven't signed up to post until now.

One of my goals for this year is to meet one new person (on or offline) each day, which explains why I'm stepping out of the shadow hehe.

As for my other 2007 goal, I'm going to crack into the Alexa's top 500 and push Engadget down to #2 on Technorati's top 100, with wpdesigner.com. A little bit ambitious, but doable I believe.

Also, like other members, I'm hear to learn new stuff and to share/contribute (actively from now on).

That's an impressive goal...at least for me it would be. I'm a bit of an introvert, so I tend to limit the # of new people I meet if not on purpose than by nature

i'm the same way, but i'm learning that meeting new people gives opportunities for networking. and in some cases, knowing the right people can drastically affect the outcome or your projects. plus, i don't doubt that i'll actually get to collaborate with some of you. also, working by myself can sometimes get boring

i try to get back to this thread once per day and follow up everyone's projects and websites. although i don't always comment, i am reading your sites/blogs.
