some dude gave me a link to this forum, lots of good knowledge here from what ive read.
Basically, im a web developer working for a company but trying to do my own thing on the side. i've coded and designed about 7 full sites. My main short-term goal is to improve the quality of my designs, making them more professional and clean-cut looking, to get to the stage of creating unique clean designs from scratch.
don't have a portfolio website up yet, about 50% done on that, then hoping to venture into some business opportunities.
