attention : the user VIETCARDS on YM ( aka Vietnam Viet ) is a ripper. paid him yesterday $40 for 10 canadian cvv's with the bin 5191. he gave me 1 USA cvv and then disappeared for the day. today he returned and i asked for my money back and he said he would send it in 5 minutes, i waited 20 minutes and then he went offline again.
