So, following Tim on Twitter made me realize I haven't been here in over a year (more like a couple/three years, actually).
I just thought I'd drop in and see what's going on...and WOW the forums have grown!

So, after I posted this, I disappeared again. :P Been here for a looooong time, just not active lately. I'm just kinda getting burned out on design and development... which sucks, because I enjoy it...but only when it's on MY dime. Heheh. |

You've been doing this longer than I have, so I can understand getting burned out. Hasn't happened to me yet. Hopefully I can set up some solid passive income before it does. Right now my Adsense earnings amounts to change in a bucket.
So are you pretty much working for Odesk full time now? Trying to take a marketing angle to get away from coding?

Yeah, pretty much just doing the marketing stuff. Although, I'm working on some fun video projects, so that's a nice change of pace.

That's cool. I like a change of pace. I work more than half of my time for one client, doing front-end stuff and CMS work in a custom framework. It was getting really dull until we suddenly started redesigning the CMS when we got a project with a larger budget. Now I'm excited about developing it again.
