New Member Introductions

Hello all,

I'm an unlicensed psychologist and I know absolutely NOTHING about how to design, implement, or maintain a website. Yet I'd like to learn how to (eventually) be a webmaster. I looked through the faq but didn't notice my question anywhere-- so here it is: How would someone in my position go about learning how to be a webmaster? Any books or websites or programs that detail the process like a 6-year old could understand it? I'm not up on all the technical jargon, but learn pretty fast.

Hi dpmt, are you currently trying to obtain your license or still in school? It seems like the web would be a useful way to get your services out there and market yourself.

I'm a new member as well. I joined because I've been reading more online on how to optimize your internet marketing strategies, and I'm hoping to learn some valuable skills which will help me to improve my business.
