New Member Introductions

Hi everyone. There is so much to see and do here. I was hoping for some direction. I am sure that many people have been in my position before. What position is that? Glad you asked

I work at a small office and am now in charge of our website. Don't ask lol. I know NOTHING. I was able, via FileZilla to connect up and via firefox extensions to make minor changes to wording etc. Everything I've used so far has been free. Very nervous but very proud of my accomplishments.

Which forum should I view to educate myself?

I need:
1) some initial tools to make small changes here and
2) At the same time, learn how to make some larger mistakes... I mean changes.

Now remember. You were all new once...
